Can I freeze my cookies?
Our cookies are freezer friendly! Place them in an airtight container or Ziplock bag, and they’ll stay fresh for up to three months. Enjoy a cookie anytime by thawing them at room temperature or giving them a quick warm-up in the microwave.
How long are your cookies good for?
Our cookies remain fresh and delicious for up to two weeks when stored in an airtight container. This way, you can enjoy their perfect taste and texture for days to come. We recommend freezing your cookies if you don't plan to eat them right away.
How long after I place my order will it be processed?
- All orders are shipped on Mondays. To ensure maximum FRESHNESS, all orders received by 9AM Sunday CT are shipped on Monday the following day, so that they don't sit in a warehouse on the weekend. This way you can enjoy our cookies at their very best. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or the day of a holiday.
I have an allergy; can I still eat your cookies?
Our cookies are baked in an open kitchen where wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, nuts, and tree nuts are present. Although we strive to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot completely eliminate the risk. If you have a severe allergy, we advise consulting a medical professional before enjoying our products.

How soon will I get my cookies after I place my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days from the time your order is placed. Please note that processing times may vary. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
For U.S. customers, orders are generally delivered within 1–3 business days via Priority Mail from the date of shipment. Please keep in mind that all shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
My cookies arrived slightly melted, what do I do?
A Note About Warm Weather Shipping
During the warmer summer months, some softening of cookies or toppings may occur in transit. If your cookies arrive a bit soft or gooey, simply pop them in the freezer for a few minutes to firm them up. Rest assured—they’re just as delicious and full of flavor as ever! :)
What if my cookies arrive when I am not home?
We recommend keeping an eye out for your package on the expected delivery day projected by your carrier. To maintain the best quality, please avoid leaving your cookies outside in direct sunlight, rain, or extreme temperatures for extended periods. Try to bring them indoors or into a cool, room-temperature environment as soon as possible after delivery.
What if my cookies arrive damaged?
Once your cookies are handed over to a third-party carrier, we are no longer able to control the handling of your package. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. The Buff Baker is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations, and we are unable to replace lost or damaged items. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to your local carrier directly to file a claim.
Do you ship internationally?
We're excited about the possibility of expanding to international shipping in the future! For now, we currently ship only within the United States. Stay tuned—we hope to reach more cookie lovers around the world soon!
My cookies are lost! Help!
Before placing your order, please carefully review your shipping address to ensure accuracy. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If your order is returned to us due to an "insufficient address," you will be responsible for covering the cost of re-shipment. Unfortunately, if the package is returned in poor condition, we will not be able to reship your cookies.
